Policies and Procedures
- We will always lock any gates used to enter the property.
- If tech is unable to access the areas to be scooped due to locked or blocked gate(s), aggressive dog(s), you will still be charged for the visit, & a fee of $10 added (not limited to) to your monthly payment. We love meeting our human clients & our furry clients; however we will not enter the yard if you have indicated the dogs are not friendly and they are outside. We will notify the client if we are unable to access the yard & proceed to the next route & reschedule the client.
- If we are unable to scoop due to circumstances out of our control such as weather; we will reschedule & add you to another day in the week.
- We do not give exact timeframes, because new clients are added to the routes weekly. You will be scheduled on the same day every week.
- There is a $20 charge for yards that take over 30 mins to complete. This is highly unlikely to happen with lawns that we service weekly. Most visits will take about 15 min or less to complete.
